Win a Pro Am slot at the Barclays Singapore Open. Simply make a purchase of RM500 or more in a single receipt on Titleist golf balls, clubs or accessories, at participating outlets, from 9th August to 30th September 2010, correctly answer a simple question and then let us know via slogan why you deserve to win the following prize**:

• Grand Prize inclusive of 1 Pro-Am flight (comprising of 3 slots) at the Barclays Singapore Open; three four-day hospitality passes to the Barclays Singapore Open; 3 return air tickets from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore; and 4 nights accommodation for 3 persons in Singapore.

Terms & Conditions

• This Competition is open to all citizens and permanent residents residing in Malaysia.
• The contest runs from 9th August 2010 to 30th September 2010 (both dates inclusive). 
• Employees of Acushnet Company, their immediate families, as well as employees of advertising agencies and suppliers of goods and services to Acushnet Company are not eligible to participate in this contest.
• To qualify for participation in the contest, participants must spend a minimum of MYR500 in a single receipt in any participating outlet during the contest period, and submit the following:
 - Duly completed entry form with participants’ full name, NRIC No., residential address, telephone number, email address, correct answer and slogan and;
 - Attached proof of purchase (either original receipt or copy of original receipt.) Only original entry form will qualify for the contest, photocopies will not be accepted.
• Incomplete entries or entries with illegible handwriting will be disqualified.
• Each person is only entitled to a chance of winning only one (01) prize in this contest.   Slogans will be evaluated by Acushnet Company on the basis of creativity, originality, exclusiveness and relevance.
• The winner will be announced at Acushnet Malaysia SDN BHD, Suite W415, 4th Floor, West Tower, Wisma Consplant 1, No. 2, JLN SS16/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia on October 15th 2010 at 4pm.  
• Prize won is strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Winners must collect the prize personally or, alternately, his/her representative may collect the prize if the winner provides a letter of authorization to that effect.
• Winners are required to sign and return an Acknowledgment Form and a Public Release Form permitting Acushnet Company to use his/her name, photograph, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
• Winners release Acushnet Company from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the possession, use or misuse of any prize.
• In the event of any dispute, Acushnet Company’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Acushnet Company reserves the right to amend any part of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• The contest, and the terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
