With the Open Championship fast approaching, I thought it would be fun to find out who everyone thinks is going to win this week at Royal Liverpool. 

Hendrik Stenson is my top pick. Although he's not been as prolific so far this year as he was in 2013, he's finished in the top seven in all of his last 5 events including a second place in Germany (so is clearly in form at the moment).

Also, more importantly in my mind, he finished 2nd last year at Muirfield and has finished in the top three 3 times at past Open Championships. As we see time and time again at the Open Championship, when the going gets tough on some of the worlds toughest courses, its the experienced golfers who have played plenty of competitive golf on windy links courses that come out on top. With his great form and a track record that says he has what it takes at Open Championships, Stenson gets my pick.
