  1. I have an old GoLo Scotty that needs to be re-shafted, and everyone I've asked in my town is scared to mess with it. Anyone know how long it takes if you send in your putter to Titleist?

The Scotty Custom Shop web page lists 50 days for restoration and 20 days for customization, so maybe somewhere in between those two durations.
  3. Hi Easton,

You will want to setup a repair work order through your local authorized Titleist retailer, and they will be able to provide you with pricing. Once this has been arranged you can expect roughly four business days in house for completion, and two days return shipping. Let us know if you have any issues.

I've sent 2 to Scotty's shop, for re-shaft, re-grip and some customization. I've gotten them back both times in about 3 weeks, round trip. Very happy

I would highly recommend sending it back to the Cameron Custom Shop. I have had great results with fine tuning from SC.
  7. A reshaft only takes 20 business days...I do it all the time since I use a 36.5" putter...
