Just saw that Patty Tavatanakit win 2 tournaments. Did she just jump ship to Titleist and the equipment change has done her wonders?

I don't remember seeing her as a Titleist Rep.. But in due respect, its great to see her win after a drought. Titleist is the all around best for all types of golfers I think. From Decent affordable golf balls, gloves, hats, clubs, bags, to custom made clubs and shafts, it can't be beat.

Feel that the LPGA does not get the respect they deserve. The are great ball strikers and wish they could get the sponsors that the guys do. The crowds just do not support them like they do the guys. I use to work an LPGA event when it was here in Mt Pleasant. It was hosted by Annaka Sorensen and she did draw good crowds but getting sponsors was an issue and we lost the event. I worked as a volunteer and was chaired the security of the players. Certain players required additional security measures due to stalkers. I followed Annika every year. I had five other teams that were assigned to key players, such as Paula Kramer, Natalie Kublis. We had one armed police officer dressed as a volunteer assigned to each team. We knew in advance who the stalkers were. Fun assignment. I loved to watch the ladies play. Great swings and putters. I have some great souvenirs from Annaka as thank yous in my mancave.

Titleist is showing up in the winners circle all over the world on all the tours. I pull for those white/black tour bags every week hoping for another winner.
  3. I think the wedges and ball has always seperated titleist, but the big jump with the TSR series has really made a huge difference.

Wouldn’t hurt if NBC/CBS would televise some LPGA events instead of just being filler on the Golf Channel. Too bad the sponsorship changed and moved the Dinah Shore event to Houston. The event had enough recognition/reputation to be on a major broadcast.

See, I wish that instead of some crummy network, we can get them on ESPN+. ESPN does a good job with production, and you can watch it on a variety of devices. For my family, that would be ideal.

Network TV time on the networks is tough. They don't want to compete for viewers with the men, although the networks do televise the LPGA majors on the weekend. Plus the networks cover the ladies USGA events. The women on tour defiantly have a tough time, financially and other things too.

As a girl dad I wish there was more tv coverage for the ladies and not late night. My daughter loves to watch the girls golf. Looking forward to taking her to Cincinnati when they come this way at the end of summer.

Some good women's golf on this week on the golf channel. Hooties Women's Intercollegiate Golf tournament at Long Cove CC at Hilton Head, SC. A three day event of top College golfers. Darius does this annually for the men and women. The Men's Intercollegiate kicks off at Bulls Bays in Awendaw, SC later this month. He is a strong support of both women's and men's golf. I will be working the Bulls Bay Rodeo at Seewee on the 22nd and 23rd, which kick's off the men's tournament. Have a tee time at BB on Monday the 18th. The course should be in great shape. Again, sure wish we could get the LPGA tour back in Charleston. The locals really support the ladies when they come to town.

She is still with the Bee putter brand, but she became a Titleist Brand Ambassador around the start of the 4th quarter last year.
