The #1 ball at the 2017 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship

While the world's best professional golfers compete in England this week, another renowned championship for amateurs is being contested in Andover, Kan., at Flint Hills National Golf Club. The 70th U.S. Junior Amateur Championship brings together the top amateur players under the age of 19 for a combination of stroke play and match play competition.

And once again, Titleist is the overwhelming golf ball of choice. As Flint Hills National Golf Club hosts its third USGA championship, 113 players in the field of 156 are playing a Pro V1 or Pro V1x on the par-71 course, more than three times the nearest competitor with 34 and more than all competitors combined.

Titleist also leads the field in hybrids (47), and iron sets (71) with Vokey Design wedges leading the way in the approach, sand and lob wedges (254) category and Scotty Cameron putters (69) topping the putter category.

Congratulations to all participants who earned a spot into the prestigious championship and good luck to those who remain in match play!
