S300 and S400 are the same frequency (within .1 on the Rifle scale), with the S400 flying slightly lower because of the heavier weight. Really not that much of a difference between weight. Also, the &quot;Tour Issue&quot; labels are only a way for TT to charge a ton more for a cool logo and weight-sorted shafts.
