I've played golf since I was a child. I had my first hole-in-one in 2024 after I retired. Got my second hole-in-one on June 2, 2026. I was playing with my brother-in-laws on one their home courses, Lincoln Park East in OKC. I hit a 203 yard hybrid into the par 3 2nd hole. The ball landed left side of the green took the slope and rolled in the hole on the back pin placement.

The Folds of Honor ladies at Caledonia/ True Blue

Went on a boys golf trip to Myrtle, one of the days we were playing Caledonia in the morning and True Blue after…we get to the par 3 where the Folds of Honor lady is and we all donated the $40 a person for the cause, received the logo balls and towels…later in the day we get to the par 3 that had the Folds of Honor lady with the same deal, one of my buddies let her know we donated at Caledonia and she said thank you for the donation! I proceed to then hit my first ever hole in one…it was electric, me and the boys were going nuts…the FoH lady then proceeded to tell me “oh no, I wish you would have donated (referring to this hole on this course) because I would have won a free vacation”…mind you the ball I used was the FoH logo Titleist pro v1 from the last course…killed the vibe immediately but gave me a bittersweet hole in one story….either way I was glad I got to experience my first hole in one with the boys.

First Hole-In-One

I finally did it. I’ve holed out many times for eagle from many distances but never a hole in one. I was playing my weekly league round at Charlie Yates Golf Club in Atlanta. The 3rd hole is a short tight par 4 that I rarely mess up on. I ended up double bogeying it and was pretty down mentally because of it. But the golf universe changed that on the next hole.

The 4th hole typically places 85-100 yards and can have some tough winds. The pin was around 88 left side of the green just a few paces on. It was a slow day on the course so the group behind us was right there when I was hitting as well so mentally, I’m frustrated about the last hole and thinking we need to pick up the pace. Well, I hit my Prov1 right of the flag with a little draw, it landed spun left and rolled right in.

Everyone was super excited, but my excitement was the lowest because I was so flabbergasted on how golf has its up and downs. lol. But thank you to Titleist for a great golf ball and wedges. (Used my 56 Degree Sm9). I still use the wedge and hope for the same result but the ball is in a case in the office. Now I need to get a friend for it.

First Hole in One for Car

Yesterday I played in a golf outting for my mom’s work. It was a shotgun start and my group started on hole number 9. A long par 3 at about 215 yards. The prize for a hole in one on this hole was a car. With my first swing of the day I chose my Titleist TSR2 4 Hybrid. I wanted to punch a little cut on down there through the wind. I stepped up to the tee and just tried to execute the shot. I hit the ball and thought at first I had hit a very good shot. However it took a nice bounce towards the hole once it landed on the green and went in!! I still can’t believe it happened and was one of the coolest moments of my life.

First Hole-in-One!

I finally got my first career hole-in-one!

Par 3 over water, front right pin, wind blowing off the left and helping about 15 mph. Flushed an 8 iron and it landed perfectly about 8-10 feet short of the pin and rolled in. Playing with my friends from our monday league. Another group of friends on the green behind us and on the tee in front of us all heard the celebration as did the people across the street having coctails on their patio. Unbelieveable feeling.

I was playing in the HSBC Golf Association golf week which this year was played at Royal Porthcawl and Pyle & Kenfig, two lovely links courses. On day one at Pyle & Kenfig on the 15th hole a par 3, 184 yards from the yellow tees I had my first hole in one. It was a strong headwind so I used my TSR1 driver, we saw the ball hit the green but not go in the hole. This was discovered on reaching the green.

My most recent Hole-in-One came on the 155 yard forth hole at Georgia Southern University course on Friday, May 8th. We were playing a charity tournament and this happened to be the first hole-in-one in the 5 year history. I've had 4 hole-in-ones and each have been in my 30's, 40's, 50's, and now 63. The last 3 have been with Titleist golf balls.

On July 13,2025 I was a guest at the Glendale golf and country club on hole 16 playing 170 yards into the wind. Pulled up my 7 iron and boom. A hole in one. I do have a video of it but it won’t let me upload it.

A Hole-in-One in the Heart of the Smokies

I had only been playing golf for about two years and I was still relatively new to the game, but I had quickly discovered that I had a natural swing and a knack for it. Golf had become one of my favorite hobbies, and every chance I got, I was out on the course trying to improve.

That summer, my family and I were visiting our cherished family cabin tucked away in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. It's a place filled with memories, laughter, and traditions that span generations. One of those traditions is getting out for a round of golf whenever we're there.

The morning started with a blanket of clouds hanging over the mountains, but as we made our way around the course, the skies began to clear. Sunlight broke through the clouds and spilled across the valleys below, turning an already beautiful day into something special.

The course knew our family well and, on one of their slower mornings, bent the rules a little to let six of us play together. We even had family members riding along in the carts, enjoying the scenery, the weather, and each other's company. We only had time for nine holes, so we knew it would be a short but sweet round.

When we arrived at the ninth hole, we paused for a moment to take in the view. The tee box overlooked a stunning mountain valley, and the green sat perched ahead like a tiny target. It wasn't a hole where you could simply hit the green and be happy. You had to be a pin hunter. If your ball landed in the wrong spot, it could easily roll off the green and leave you scrambling.

As I stepped onto the tee box, I looked at my family and joked, "This would be a great hole for a hole-in-one. Let's see if I can get it close and drop it about ten feet in front of the flag so it trickles in."

Everyone laughed.

Then I stepped up to the ball.

I pulled out my 7-iron, took a smooth swing, and caught it absolutely flush. The strike felt perfect, square in the center of the clubface. I swung a little easier than normal and opened the face slightly to add some loft and spin.

The ball launched exactly where I wanted it.

We all watched as it flew dead straight toward the flag. It landed right where I had imagined, about ten feet short of the pin. One hop. Then another. It began to roll.

Closer.

And then, right before our eyes, it disappeared.

The ball dropped into the cup.

For a split second, nobody moved.

Then chaos erupted.

Our entire family exploded with screams, cheers, and complete disbelief. The sound echoed across the course. People in the parking lot heard us and started looking over. Golfers finishing their rounds and others getting ready to tee off rushed toward the ninth green to see what had happened.

When they realized it was a hole-in-one, they began congratulating me, shaking my hand, and celebrating right alongside our family.

Standing there on that green, surrounded by family, friends, and complete strangers sharing in the moment, was one of the most incredible feelings I've ever experienced.

A hole-in-one is something many golfers chase their entire lives and never achieve. Somehow, less than two years into my golf journey, on a beautiful day in the Smoky Mountains with my family by my side, I got to experience one.

It's a memory I'll carry with me forever.

I was playing an opening member mixer scramble and was last to hit on my team. Sculled it, took a hop and a couple bounces and got a -2 on the hole for the team. It’s safe to say I got closest to the hole :)

June 28, 2025 Congress Lake Club in Hartville, Ohio. #18, Par 3, 120 yards. Pitching Wedge. (Titleist T200) Titleist ProV1x Left Dash

First and only hole in one. Beautiful day on the course with good friends. Pure shot, hit, bounced past the hole, checked and spun back in. It was one of the greatest moments of my life. I’ll be chasing that feeling forever.

Je faisais un tournoi familiale pour le plaisir et nous étions environ 5 équipes de 4 à compétitionner l'un contre l'autre. La partie était quand même serrez avec une autre équipe et en arrivant au dernier trou j'ai pris mon gap wedge et j'ai réussi l'exploit devant tous le monde qui nous regardais. Un beau moment en famille !

Kind of a bad shot Hit it thin and it hit a rock in the middle of the fair way then kicked right and trickled down the green right into the cup. Couldn’t Believe it, happened my first year playing golf and have been hooked ever since.

Shot my first hole in one at Deerfield CC in Rochester Ny on Sunday May 31st. It was hole number 4, par 3 170 yards. I used my 6 iron. The ball hit the green and rolled into the hole.

June 1st 2026 at Pine Hills Golf Club in Frankfort New York.

It was league night for me. At this point, im on my 5th day in a row playing golf.

Were playing the back 9 and I started my round playing well. Tee to green, my game felt great. Hitting Fairways, on the green in regulation, and putts were dropping.

We get to the 14th hole and had been playing the round without a rangefinder. Left it at home that day.

So I look at the Bluetees app, it shows 152 to the center. I grab my 7 iron (miz 923 Hot Metal Pro) and the cally Warbird that I had found over the weekend. Tee up the ball, go through my shot routine, and pick an aim point. The shot immediately felt short but it was off the center of the face and had a slight right to left ("baby") fade. This is typically my normal ball flight.

The ball lands about 5 yards short and right. The ball proceeds right to left and begins to flatten out the roll. And it starts tracking to the pin. In the back of my mind, I thought, "Its tracking but should only scare the hole since it felt short". Which was not the case that night.

The ball rolls in and the group I was playing with begins to cheer. Couldn't ask for a better moment to get a hole in one. Players from thr league are asking "Who was it!?!?!?". The celebration continued to the green and it was photographed, video recorded, and I had a feeling that I cant even describe in words.

To those that have reas this story to this point. I wish you the best of luck and hope you get to experience this feeling or perhaps you already have. Golf is a fun, challenging, rewarding, and really the ultimate test of ability no matter who you are.

Keep playing, keep making memories on the course, and never give up!

My first Ace…

What a beautiful day… 1 June 2026 PM My late father always wants an Ace in his life, and unfortunately he pass away with out making it happen.

I’ve started golf in my teenage years and always have a fond memories with him playing the game.

One thing that I always remember was he always have a pro v1 in his bag.

Got my first Hole In One today, went to play a twilight round this evening and brought my daughter to ride along. Was playing Oak Creek in Irvine CA. Hole 3 Par 3. 100 yards from the tee and pin location was up front, brought out my 50 Degree SM11’s and hit a shot that I thought was pulling left. Landed pin high and had some backspin and ended up rolling into the hole. I didn’t even know how to react but it feels amazing

First Hole in One!

On June 1, 2026, I recorded my first hole-in-one at Stow Acres Country Club on Hole #7, a 180-yard Par 3. I used a 6-iron and a Titleist TruSoft golf ball, hitting a controlled fade that landed just short of the pin, took one bounce, and rolled directly into the hole.

At first, neither my playing partner nor I realized it had gone in, as we lost sight of the ball on the approach. It wasn’t until we walked up to the green—about 10 yards away—that we discovered the ball in the cup, resting against the flagstick.

It was a memorable moment that reflects both consistency and dedication to improving my game. I look forward to continuing to build on this and sharing more achievements in the future.

I hit a sand wedge and the pin was hidden from my group. The group on the next hole started yelling and screaming. I walked up and pulled the pro v1 out of the hole

Playing with Dad on a Sunday afternoon, walked to the tee, felt some wind, and decided on 5 instead of 6. 192 yards, flushed it, hit about 4 feet short, bounced around the pin 2-3 times, and disappeared! I’ll never forget it!

Quick twilight at Oak Creek Golf Club

Played a quick round at Oak Creek Golf Course in Irvine, CA was on hole 3 par 3 playing from the whites. 100 yards out, pulled out my Vokey SM11 50 Degree and gave it a nice hit. Pin was closer to the front and the ball was aiming left of it. Landed about 10 feet and rolled right into the hole. My daughter was my witness and we were both freaking out. No footage of the actual swing but I started recording after the tee box
