  1. Hi is anyone else on here a twilight Member at their club?

It's a great option at the nine hole course I play. Close to home and it has all I need to further my game at the moment.

I play a lot of twilight golf at the public courses which is always fun. Cheaper, less crowded, cooler.

Best time to play if only 9 is in your schedule...plus it typically means not having to cook dinner...hence tacos and a nice ipa afterwards
  4. I love twilight golf. It’s sometime the most peaceful round. Great time to play a couple of balls and work on my game.

I mostly play at that time, after work. The course is usually quite and it is a great time to play.
Especially this time of year in Vermont. Foliage colors and that low angle light make for an awesome walk.

Prefer the 8am tee time. Of course being retired makes it easier. When I use to work would meet my two buddies at 530pm and we could get at least fifteen holes in, in the summer walking, sometimes 18. To be young again and to be able to walk 18. Work, NOT.....

I always play twilight golf. I love the look of the course in the waning sun light. As the day is coming to an end the sounds of the day become very quiet, so peaceful. My profile picture is almost at dusk. We call twilight golf "chasing darkness".

Nothing like the challenge of squeezing in holes before sundown.
  11. I keep a twilight membership. I work 6a-2p and work weekends so it fits me. 7 day a week pass after 2pm May 1-Oct 31. then its from 12p on the dark months.

Certainly one of the benefits of working at a school is getting off at 3:30 and playing twilight golf. Still tough to get in 18 as the daylight dwindles but perfect opportunity to walk 9 holes.

A course near me offered a Twilight membership earlier this year. You could play anytime after 1pm, 7 days per week. $1500 annually, all paid upfront. I thought it was a great deal, since I almost never play early morning rounds anyway. I spoke to the pro about it, and the only thing that kept me from pulling the trigger was the fact that it wouldn't include kids. So anytime I brought them, it'd be $25 each. My 11 yr old daughter doesn't play much, but my 8 yr old son gets pretty mad when I don't include him in golf outings.
  15. Not a twilight member, but definitely an avid twilight player. Usually, I will stop at the course by my house on the way home from work to get in a few holes.
