Team Titleist Bag Tag

On the 12th March 2017 i was gifted by Hannah at Team Titleist a much sought after bag tag which has had pride of place on my golf bag ever since, during a recent golf trip to Belek in Türkiye i noticed when i was packing my clubs to return home my much prized tag had been removed by some kind soul.................#devastated!!

Is there a possibility of a replacement please?

Don't use the alignment on a ball. That is what the alignment line on my putter is for and that is my guide and an old school plumb bobber. It does work, well, for me it does. It helps me focus on striking the ball , ensuring the putter face is on line. I like a nice clean ball. Markings on the ball are distracting. Hakuna matata.

For the first time in forever I’m disappointed with Titleist. I’ve been really pleased with the enhanced alignment prov1x’s and I find they really help my putting. I have been waiting for the Loyalty Rewarded promotion to come out only to find that the enhanced alignment balls are not included for some reason.

I was considering buying 8 dozen and now I’m not sure what to do. I don’t particularly want to buy the balls if they don’t have the alignment - they don’t cost any more per dozen normally so why haven’t they been included in this?

The weather played ball and the pro Liam Johnston was unbelievable. -5 round trump with a triple and a bogey.

Change your socks after every round.
Alternate shoes if you can between rounds
Plenty of food and drink
Guard against chafing
Don’t worry about score too much

When I did it a few years back, the worst thing we did was actually stop after the 2nd round for lunch. The 3rd round was horrendous after that. The body just went into shutdown a bit and was painful to get going again; even after a shower. If I was to ever do it again, I wouldn’t stop; just keep going.

Longest golf day challange

Is there any other very high handicappers here taking part in the macmillan longest golf day challange, my dad and I are doing it in support of my mother, which is a cause very close to our hearts, just wondering if anyone has any tips for 4 rounds back to back, looking forward, but very nervous

Firstly good luck and hope u get the challenge done.

I done 4 rounds a few years back and a few things I would recommend

Lots of old balls / don’t use your new ones

Plenty of water / energy bars / fruit etc.

Comfy shoes / suncream / hat / Shorts

If you’re driving a long way away take turns driving / I had a 45 min drive and was cramping up a bit.
