  1. Have any of you gone from 915H to 818 hybrids? I went from 915F to 917H because feel was much improved. Have you noticed the same with the 818 line?

Waiting for the golf shop at my club to get them in. I'm anxious to try them.

I have an 818 on order. Did take advantage of the weight placement in the setup. Will have to wait for the results on course.

I play the 816h1 and tried the 818h1 while at the TT invitational. Nice feel. Tried the Project X stiff low/med shaft and it felt really good. Thinking of adding a third one to my bag. Feeling a 26 or 27 degree might work for me and getting rid of my 5 iron. Wanted a Fujikura Speeder shaft but they do not come as a standard shaft any longer. Bummer. I do like that shaft.

After looking through the shafts available on line, I noticed that there is a Fujikura Tour shaft in a low/mid that I need to try before I purchase the H1. Guess I need to go see my fitter before making the final decision.
  6. Have the 915H, have hit both 818 H1 and H2. H1 feels similar, maybe a bit softer and less harsh on the sound but still has that metallic click similar to fairway woods. The 818H2 I think is the better of the two looks wise and acoustically. Has a great thwack sound that really makes you feel like you compress the ball. I've been toying with the idea of going with the 818H2, but I just bought an AP2 3 iron and want to give that a go since I love striping irons.

I went from the 915 to 818 h2; they are definitely an upgrade. I play a 17 and 21 degree and found I had to add a degree of loft to the 17 get it to play closer to the 915. I also found changing shafts to the new KBS prototype hybrid shaft has made them even more awesome.
