    Anyone gone from 120G Stiff steel shafts to Hybrid?

    Any notable differences I should notice? Playing T150/200 mixed set!

    The key thing is the difference in shaft weight. Some players, with the transition to a lighter shaft, get a little "over the top".

    I use 134g in wedges, 130g in irons. 4 iron is 120g. Hybrid and driving irons I try to keep the graphite shafts around 90-100g. 5W 88g, 3W 80g, Driver 72g
