I think Titleist needs to put their logo on boxes so the delivery people handle them with more care. I received my aloha collection hat pretty much in a flattened box with a sticker saying damaged lol, no kidding they proabably did it. My snap back is now a flat back, oh well not Titleists fault.

I don't think it would make a difference whatever you put on the box. They just scan the label and throw it in the next truck. I had a club delivered to me once with the box ripped open. Luckily the club was still in there and not damaged.
  4. Maybe just a handle with care label

Unfortunately a branded Titleist box may go/ has more chance of going missing
  5. I can assure you that Titleist branding would have zero effect on how mail carriers handle a package. Persons that mishandle boxes are going to mishandle them regardless of what's on the box. Persons that handle boxes respectively, are usually also going to do so regardless of what's on the box.

Also, like Rhian said, a branded box has a higher likelihood of being stolen - either by someone working for the carrier or a porch pirate.

I'm not sure why, but some Titleist packages that I've gotten have been branded and some haven't. Personalized balls came in a Titleist box with a big My Titleist logo everywhere. Had a hat come in a white Titleist branded box. Also had some hats and such come in regular boxes lol.

Could I get Titleist rep to reach out to me, I will be more than happy to pay for a new hat.

I'm with ZFoxx on this one. The lettercarrier is probably the last person I would suspect in a missing or damaged parcel. Normally happens way before reaches delivery point. Unfortunately he or she can do nothing but make delivery.

My mail carrier takes a photo of each package she delivers. I have a feeling she may have been blamed for a missing or damaged package.

I know this because I was on my daily walk last spring and saw her driving slowly looking out of her window. I asked what she was doing and she had taken a photo of a package, put her I-phone on her hood and then drove away forgetting the phone. I told her I'd keep an eye out and found it about 1000 yards away. Of course she was driving away from me and I ran to catch her. hahaha.

That truly is a bummer for you man, i feel for you. I dont think having any logos on the packages would make a difference though. We've all had questionable packaging but I dont think theres a true solution. Like some of the others have said, try calling the warranty department. Let us know if you have some success!
  11. But then my wife would know what i buy :).

    JK...

    Kind of....
