A day I never thought I’d experience! My first ever hole in one came on the 135 yard par 3 7th hole at the Santander Bank owned Santander Golf Club in Madrid, Spain. Last year I changed my irons and wedges to an all Titleist set, with the irons being the t200 set and SM 10 wedges (50,54,58). As an 8 handicap, I was always intimidated by Titleist irons but felt like the t-200’s were forgiving enough while still looking like a “players” set. I’ve dropped to a 4.6 handicap. Best golf decision I’ve ever made! Back to the hole on one: I would normally hit a soft PW but the 135 yard hole was a half club down hill with a breeze helping. The pro v1x (left dash) took one hop past the pin, spun back 3 feet and entered dead center in the hole. Thank you to Titleist for giving me the confidence I have!
