    Many of you know I had a health scare late last year and it has accelerated my desire to get some bucket list trips completed. I have secured a 6 night, 5 rounds trip to Ireland/Northern Ireland. May 1 - May 7. Playing the top 3 courses, Royal County Down, Royal Portrush, and Portmarnock, along with two other great courses. Two excellent hotels and all transportation. $6500. We had a TT member drop out so there is an opening. If you are interested email me at 2vinsons@cox.net and I can give you more details and the company contact info that is making this arrangement. Many of these courses are already booked for 2022 and even 2023. It would be fun to have another TT member on the trip.

    Wow, sounds great Dale. Love to join you but cannot do the walking tour and they require you to walk in that lovely country. Ireland is one of my favorites to visit. Did it years ago, the Ring of Kerry. Have fun pal.

    Thanks Guys. I am sure Garmany will find some good folks to be part of the foursome even if we can't fill it with Team Titleist loyalists. I am anxious to make the trip. The Golf Channel kept running commercials about Ireland all weekend which didn't help. I also keep seeing Ewan McGregor doing the Expedia commercial about "will we regret the things we didn't buy or the places we didn't see?" I totally agree with him on that one. Between health and world events, you never know what will happen so I will get this trip done while I know I can. Cheers!

    Hope your health continues in a good way. Good luck on your trip. Those 3 courses are tremendous to say the least!! Another good course that does not get mentioned much but is really good is County Louth. It is on the road from Dublin up to Royal Portrush just south of RCD.

    Yep, County Louth and The Island Golf Club are the other two we will play. Three near Dublin and two near Belfast with the lodging split 3 nights at each city. Starting in Dublin and finishing in Belfast with Royal County Down (ranked world #1) played last. There will be plenty of Guinness poured and fish-n-chips consumed.

    Yep, I've played both County Louth and The Island and enjoyed them both. When I played The Island a number of years ago it had the narrowest fairway in all of golf. I stepped it off and it was about 10 yards wide! No joke! Still a fun course to play

    Now to be young enough to play golf until 10 pm everyday over there in May and June.
