  1. I currently have milled grind 3s 52 56 60 and wanting to switch to SM9s same setup. MG3s have a Tour Issue S200 shaft. MG4s have a Tour Issue Wedge 115. I like the threes because they felt light in the. I've swung the new 4s and they feel relatively lighter while swinging them as well. SM9s on the other hand, were a lot heavier during the swing which I'm not a fan of. Want to order but trying to figure out best route to make sure I can match the swing lightness of the MG4s...

  2. Basically the swingweight of all wedges of the same loft should be similar assuming specs of wedge are similar. When you put in a shaft that is heavier or lighter, change a grip that is heavier or lighter, or even play with the grinding process on the head it all changes the swingweight after the fact...

D2-D3 is where a stock or custom wedge from Titleist should land in terms of swingweight.

I prefer D5-D8 on my wedges so I just add some lead tape or request a heavier swingweight when ordering.....you can request any swingweight and they will let you know if they can or cannot do it.

    Cheers
