Hello All - I am looking to update my Vokey wedges to the SM10's and wanted to know if anyone had any experience with the Project X Wedge Shafts. I have Project X LZ in my irons and like them. Thanks in advance for your input and time.

First, I would highly recommend getting properly fit. Personally, I use the project X shafts in my Vokey's. I use the same project X 6.5 shafts that are in my T100 iron set.

Thank you for the great advice...
  4. They are designed for someone playing traditional Project X ... not Project X LZ...for Project X LZ, according to Bob Vokey when I talked to him about this, for any wedge you do not take full swings such as 56 and/or 60 you would go one flex less. However, in Project X LZ that also drops the weight a few grams so you may need to increase your swingweight to allow for a smooth tempo.

    IMHO

Hopefully wedgeworks offers more PX shafts soon. I use the io in my wedges.

You should contact True Temper as they will help you with wedge shaft selection.

I have played the Project X 6.0 in my wedges for years and I love how they feel and perform. I use the same shafts in my irons and I've had no reason to look elsewhere. I'm sure you'd love them.
