  1. The color seems to be a brighter white, which I like. The dimple pattern looks like an AVX ball, feel is similar to ProV1X, I thought the distance seemed to be a tad longer than the ProV1.
  2. I thought the test ball played fairly similar to the AVX. Nice feel & spin on the green
  3. Loved the feel and the distance but you only sent me three … that was the only problem!

I played the ball in cold wet weather. I play the AVX most of the time I found that the test ball was extra hard couldn't compress it. I still love my AVX It's a good ball more for the big hitters Gary Z
  5. I found the recent prototype test balls to be good for my game. They held up well under several rounds. I got better distance on my drives and better control on the greens. Our greens are firm yet I found the prototype balls would check up well on the greens.

Thought the ball was outstanding in feel and distance. It felt soft but also had sufficient spin to stop on the greens. I loved the ball

Quite Like them, similar in aspect to the AVX I play.
Bit firmer with driver, similar flight.
    Distance about the same.
Held well in wind. Easy to flight.
Irons felt softer with good descent. Little roll off.
    Putting gave a nice feel.
Cover seems bit more durable when bounced off the trees, they can get lost.
    Hope this helps
  8. I did receive a white box. I thought it was a fanatic looking ball the feel for me was firm off the driver, long but not like super hot. i did gain a lot of control off the tee. Around the green I loved the feel and control. I felt like I putted the best I had in a long time very pure off the putter face. Overall I would say for me it's a 8.5 out of a 10. Also very durable got all most 4 rounds out of a ball it's that good
  9. Got the opportunity to test the white box balls sent to me by Titelist, (Thank you for the opportunity!) Went to my local GC and started the process. First stop…. putting green, my thoughts, the balls looked premium, felt soft and that initial feel off the putter was what I prefer in a ball, soft, responsive but not springy off the face, a nice sound and feel and low and behold the first 10 footer goes in! I spent about a half an hour putting from all distances and for me this is exactly what I want my ball to feel and perform like putting. Next up was 10 yard chip shots. Again, great feel of the wedge and landed soft and bit. Again exactly what I’m looking for. Moved back another 5/10 yards and was pitching the ball and was drawn back to how good these were performing. Nice sound off the wedge and a little check and rolled out nicely, was very impressed thus far. Then I headed out to the course to play 18 holes. I put this ball up against the avx and pro v1, First drive baby fade straight down the middle, the ball jumped off the face, felt great and the distance was pretty similar to the avx and pro v1. Had 155 to the pin, smooth 8 iron and the ball was about a foot from my divot so that was a nice surprise, it was the best out of the 3, Felt soft not too soft, off the irons all day. I prefer this feeling in a ball. This ball was more comparable in feel to the avx than the pro v1, but just barely. Hit multiple shots on the course and the ball performed just as good as the avx and pro v1. I had a couple of approaches that it ran out a little more than I thought but that could be down to my delivery not the ball. I hit a dozen or so shot out of the bunkers and the ball checked up well for me, maybe not as good as the pro v1 on those little nippers but pretty close. In all honesty, Between the 3 balls they were very similar for a guy with 100/105 driver speed who is a 10 handicapper, This kinda got away from me here, but my thoughts:
Feel- softer than pro v1 but I liked it!
Spin- good green side spin, straight off the driver!
Distance- It was right with the Pro v1, sometimes a bit longer. It was longer than the avx more times than not.
    Durability- great!
I would definitely game this ball all day long! And plan to start the season with this ball! Thank you Titelist for this opportunity, greatly appreciated and I hope I’m selected to participate in more equipment testing in the future!

    Best regards

  10. Proto was a great ball tee to green. Distance, stability and trajectory were all favorable. Subtle difference in firmness vs 2023 PV1 but short approach and green side spin were similar. Preferred putting feel of the Proto vs 21 or 23 PV1s but difference vs PV1 23 was rather minimal (using a Scottie fastback). Also seemed very durable ball as I played the 3 ball sleeve of Proto balls over multiple rounds with very little cover degradation.

I loved the New Titelist ball for 2024. It actually did add to my distance and the feel was buttery sweet as usual. Great feel, great touch, great distance, great spin. Best yet
  12. Good spin and feel. Trajectory was very similar to Pro VI. Good ball.
  13. Prototype ball was excellent. Spin was amazing & I do not normally spin the ball well. Control allowed me to fade or draw the ball at will. On top of all these pluses I was getting 4-7 yards more carry on my drives along with good rollout. Putting was very Pro VI like—excellent.

Looking forward to the new ball in production…
  14. The ball I was asked to test was absolutely wonderful! I’m a senior( almost 70) and my swing speed isn’t nearly what it used to be. The ball gave me better distance and all around performance than any other ball in my bag. Spin off the driver was low and with my irons I was able to get the ball to stop on full shots as well as chips and pitches. Great feel with the putter too! I was able to share one with my daughter, a college golf coach who can really move it, and she was as impressed as I was.
I’d really like to make sure I know the model so that when they go on sale to the public I can grab some as quickly as possible. Loved everything about it! Fell lucky to have been selected. Thanks again!

So far, I've had fairly good results comparing the Test ball with my usual ProV1x. I've played four of the balls so far, having lost 3 of them during the test. I normally play a Test ball on either the even or odd holes and my ProV1x on the opposite ones during a round. On two occasions, I've been able to hit a Test ball and a ProV1x on the same hole, playing both balls.
Findings: Test ball is softer to the feel; appears to me to fly as high as or higher than my ProV1x; distance is comparable (balls played off the same tee have been relatively close to each other, with the ProV1x maybe a yard or two farther); stops a bit more quickly on the greens when hit much the same; feels softer off the putter.
I'm not convinced that the Test ball is going to replace my ProV1x's, though. Further testing may change my mind.

I was happy with spin & distance, but the cover scuffed much more than my AVX. I do not know what ball I was playing because it came in a white box?? Can you tell me what brand it was or were they all differrent?

I've been playing 2023 ProV1s. Took out the test sleeve back in October here in windy Chicago suburbs. They held the wind very good so control felt great. Don't know if it was, but it felt like a urethane cover but not as soft as my ProV1s but definitely softer than a ProV1x. Spin was close to the ProV, but not as spinny. Tee shots launched very well off driver and felt my distance was as good if not better than my current ProV. Definitely a ball I would play.

I liked the White Box ball.. very similar to the AVX ball I’ve been playing, but is missing the Largest Dimple in the pattern.. ball feels good, is fast off the driver, it has a nice launch trajectory & flight. Really like the feel & control off my irons & the green side shots with my wedges were consistent with my current AVX ball.. Feels good off the Putter and rolls true with well struck putts. I really enjoyed testing & like the new White Box Ball.. should be an asset to any players bag.. it was to mine.
  19. Thank you Titus for adding me to the list of mini golfers that have had the opportunity to test your ball this past 2023 year. I played with the ball for a full weekend and found the ball to be very hard. I am a golfer that plays with a set of, your home titleless MB 620s so I am able to get a direct feedback in a golf swing. The ball appeared to be very hard, and there was less feel. I currently play with the tour speed ball. The ball does not appear to be hard and I seem to have more control or more feel of the ball coming off the club face. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. I hope I have been some help.
  20. At first it seemed like just another ball but the more I played with it the better I played with it. I started hitting it about 10 yards farther. Next I was getting great spin on my approach shots that checked on the green. Finally, the feel off my clubs made contact feel like I compressed the ball so much more and made better contact. I still have 2 left that I have played for several rounds and they are still responding well. They are beat up but do not want to stop playing them. Would like to know what they are and when they come out to get a dozen right away. I love them know!!!
